What is a Dealbox?
A private room for one buyer, created and shared by their broker. It holds the units, plans, videos and offers the broker picks for that buyer, always at current prices.
Does the buyer need an app or an account?
No. A Dealbox opens from a private link in the browser. It is always the same link, with the newest items first.
What does the broker see?
What the buyer opens, how long they spend on each home, what they heart and pick, and when they come back. Dex tells the broker when a buyer is ready.
What does the developer see?
Activity as facts, attached to the right broker, such as "Omar's buyer · Unit 1204 · Picked". The developer does not see the buyer's name or contact details. The broker stays the relationship.
How do offers and reservations work?
The broker sends an offer, approved by your sales team within your limits, straight into the Dealbox. The buyer reserves in one tap and pays the reservation fee. The sale is credited to the broker.
Can buyers explore on their own?
Yes. Buyers can browse the whole project from their Dealbox, and whatever they choose, the broker still gets the sale.
